Hi,

Sunscreen Tip:

Dermatologists recommend wearing an absolute minimum of SPF 30 when you expect to be outdoors for more than a few minutes. Look for an oil-free formula, that offers broad-spectrum protection from both UVB (the rays that cause burning) and UVA (the ones that cause aging). Key ingredients are avobenzone (also called Parsol 1789), titanium dioxide, mezoryl or zinc oxide.

Thanks for the tip. I alternate between 15 and 45 depending on the day, but maybe its time to buy a seperate sunscreen to wear with my Olay Complete.

This is very important in the winter months as well. I am sure others who ski or snowboard can vouch for this as well. I made the mistake of not putting sunscreen on my lips last year and ended with burned lips. Very painful.

I don't like getting dark since I'm dark as it is. I've only started using sunscreen recently this school year
