Hi!!

I have a sunblock from Obagi with SPF 30.i use this on my face, but can I wear this around my eyes as well?

I have some slightly visible crows feet around my eyes, and use a special eye cream for this, but I am not sure if this is good for my skin around the eyes.

And does anyone know of a sunblock especially for eyes?

I would be so happy if anyone knew.I have thought about this for a while, but haven`t figured it out yet!!

What about Bare Escentuals? Their mineral makeup has SPF 15. I also use VooDoo Sheer Mineral Tint when I run. It's sports friendly so it doesn't sweat off but the color is less than desirable on me. I only wear this product when I am working out outside.

I'm sure there must be an eye cream with spf in it out there...

Hi--I'm not familar w/Obagi products, but I did ask my dermatologist if I could wear my same SPF 30 Face sunscreen (it's by Clinique) around my eyes, and he said yes--that with a few brands, it is fine to use the sunscreen around the eyes...I would definitely, then, reccomend Clinique's SPF 30 sunscreen--but since you already have a facial sunscreen, here are a few created specifically for the wrinkle-prone eye area, which I have used and liked.

1. Clinique Spot Stick Eye SPF 30--its sort of dry but you can add a regular moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated--

2.Estee Lauder's DayWearPlus--MultiProtection Antioxidant Eye Creme SPF15

3. Lancome "Solieil Expert Sun Care"SPF 30 High Protection Sun Stick for Face and Lips --It is also especcially for the eye area.

Also, if you are ever looking for a really good concealer w/ SPF, MAC makes a great one called Studio Finish SPF 35. It may not be as moist as you are looking for, but I've found mixing it with a really good undereye moisturizer(I use Clinique All About Eyes) really keeps it from settling into lines and also keeps it from fading off too fast.

gloss.com shows most of these products; also, lancome.com

Good luck finding a product you're happy with! There are a lot of things out there, lucky for us...

For my sunscreen I use Olay complete defense spf 30 sensitive skin. I started noticing little brown spots around my eye area and figured it was from the sun, so now I always use my sunscreen around my eyes.

Thank you sooooo much for all the useful advice girls!!!

I will definitely check out these brands!

You have been a great help!!!!
