hey guys, i have just read another thread and it reminded me of a problem i have,

my eyebrows do not grow..... at all, it looks like its because ive overplucked them but i havnt they just grow with hardly anything there (my dad is the same). I have to draw them on everyday and i hate doing it. Ive tried to use the shadows made for brows but it always looks ridiculous.

please somebody help me what do i do? xxx

They do not grow at all? My eyebrows are stupid and thin, but a pencil (with a very light hand) does the trick. I'm currently happy/ok with MAC in Spike (kinda brown and black) but I'd like to find a better one. I always brush/finish my brows with a little spooler (like a mascara wand) for a natural look.

Katapilla, smashbox makes a really nice eyebrow duo. one part is the color and the other part is the was. probably the basic same overall result as w/ a good natural looking pencil. Also have you tried using the stencils available. Those really give a very nice look and make the brows look very natural and beautiful. Hope this helps.

I have the same problem and after many years of being sick and tired of it, I opted for permanent make up.

I did my research and went to a lady whose technique is more of a scratching the ink in rather than puncturing it in. The result is a nice light guideline to enhance with make up. When I am bare faced, people dont know I have my brows tattooed unless they are doing a facial exam or putting make up on me. It makes it much easier to just apply brow powder to the guildlines that is already there as opposed to having to draw them on and "make them match" everyday.

I am happy with my decision. I have heard some horror stories and seen some TERRIBLE looking permanent make up jobs so if this is something you would consider, do your research! And for goodness sake don't go looking for a deal. Permanent cosmetics on your FACE is not something you want done at a bargain basement. For reference I paid $250 for my brows and it included touch ups and if I decided I didn't like the color, it could be changed. Also they used numbing cream so I didn't feel it at all which was an unexpected and pleasant suprise.

P.S. Be sure they tattoo more of an individual hair type technique rather than just stenciling a shape of an eyebrow and then coloring it in.

I recommend trying Ardell Lash and Brow Growth Accelerator... It's helped me out a lot as far as them growing in and looking thicker...
