Stealing all the mini soaps i can at the mandalay

I swear- the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino makes the BEST oatmeal facial soaps and tub sea salts of all time... i take as many as i can get away with... waiting for the maids to come by to do room service and beg for extras. i have no idea what their formulation is, but it really is the best oatmeal bar i have ever used.

i usually end up with enough to last me for 6 months- no joke for every trip... well since the baby, i havent been to vegas in almost two years. two weeks, i'll be off and replenishing my supply!

if you ever go to Vegas, the best free soaps are from these hotels:

Mandalay

Paris

Venetian

Bellagio

Wynn

but for value to luxury, you cant beat the Mandalay!

i was there for a night (flight problems) and i was at alexis park and they had this little bag of samples of stuff and theyre body/face stuff was from bath and body works. needless to say i was in the hotel for like a few hours total, and i took all of that.

i do that in all hotels i go to. the one in chicago was awsome, they had avdea stuff, so every day i was there i took all the stuff so they'd have to restock it all. i have this giant mound of theyre products now!

Tip the maids and you can get all the minisoaps, etc you want=)

i always tip the maids... i see that little envelope or that card that with their handwritten signature, and it automatically makes me feel guilty- plus, as you know, i am already a mess, imagine what i'm like on vacation in las vegas.

add: deena, i really have to rethink this thing i have for the "pseudo-freebies"... i am sure there is something that happened in my childhood that has caused me to go overboard.

LMAO!! I always take the free shampoos, etc. from the hotels I stay in. That's what it's there for. Have yet to find anything that makes me want to beg for extras though.
