I liked using this before, but I read about how it creates micro-tears in your skin because of it's rough almond shells that aren't rounded. The reviews on it from Makeup Alley scared me enough to stop using it. I have dry skin and usually exfoliate once a week. I reccomend mixing honey, sugar/baking soda and (optional) almond oil. That's good for dry skin as the honey and almond oil moisturizes, and the honey also lifts the impurities. After exfoliating, I like leaving the mask on for awhile to let the honey's antibacterial properties to work. HTH!
Edit: I forgot to add that I use honey as a base, enough sugar/baking soda so that it won't get absorbed by the honey. Pour less almond oil if you're using it. You can also replace almond oil with something like sesame seed or olive oil. Play around with it!
