Speaking of hair, what do you shave?

I had no idea where to post this thread. I thought this fit the best? I shave it all down you know where. But I wondered how many people do? Do most of you just shave the bikini lines, or the whole thing or nothing at all?

i shave it all, it bothers me if there's hair down there .... and ... i post the reason y in the above thread

I asked my OBGYN about it and she said in the past five years more and more women are shaving it all. She said having the hair isn't necessary and it's an old wives tale that it prevents bacteria and stuff from coming in. She said over half of their clients shave it all or none usually. I go to group of only women OBGYN's and they have 5 or 6 doctors in their practice so she's seen a lot of people’s choices in the matter. She also said most OBGYN's are all about shaving or getting it lazered it is really in the way if you need to do a quick stitch after a birth or something. It made me feel better, I don't want to deliver this baby and have all the staff thinking oh my this is new! I'm a pretty private person when it comes to this stuff so I don't feel comfy asking my friends what they do. All I know is my husband and I like it much better this way ya know what I mean?

Actually I do not shave it.. but wax it off. Do not like having hair down there...

i wax it. I think the only thing grosser than going all natural is having stubble pussy. Nothing kills the mood more than stubble!

I want to try and wax it but I am too scared... and shy. =)

I do shave down there once and awhile and it varies some times all of it.. or part of it.. triangle? It depends on my mood, heh.

I waxed it once and did not find it to be a pleasant experience, so now I just stick to shaving. I do prefer to shave it all though.

I ususally shave the entire thing. Every once in awhile I let a "landing strip" grow down the middle cause sometimes my fiance likes it. But usually it's bare. The only thing that sucks is razor burn/bumps, and for some reason, I can never get a smooth, smooth shave. I guess I should probably get it waxed, but that's expensive!

Wow! You really don't like hair in the U.S.! I have talked with my friends about this. As far as I can tell, most women I know just do the bikini wax or shave. Not many salons around where I live will do a brazilian. I once shaved off most of my hair to see what it was like. My boyfriend didn't like it cos he said I looked a bit like a child and he was not comfortable with that! I also found that I didn't like the feeling of friction, if you know what I mean.

I shave it all off, but I´ll get my first brazilian wax in a couple of weeks. took me a while to find a place that offers this though! Most beauty salons here only do bikini waxes.

I am way to scared to get waxed, shaving works for me. They say the hair grows back thinner though so maybe if I were desperate enough like if people all of a sudden stopped making razors!
