Hey there,

I just bought Soy Milk yesterday, I heard it was great for skin care and making facial recipes and Baths for your bod. I'd like to know if anyone knows any recipe or way to use it. What should I mix it with? How do you use it? What benefits does it have specifically?

I thank you for replies and appreciate it a lot

Miss Lovely

o , i didn't know soy milk could be use for skin care recipes ... I've always bought Silk Soymilk .. but for my cereal ... not recipes .. sorri i can't help

I can def say..that I don't like to drink it..lol..but I guess you could use like any milk products..make a paste and use it on the face..I know that soy products have been known to help even out skin tones...and even lighten..

I don't really know much about it.. I thought it was a replacement for milk if you are lactose intolarant or just don't want to drink milk.. My mom loves that stuff.. I might see if she has some recipes when i go by there some time this week. I personally can't stand that stuff

Wow! seems like most of you are hating the taste. LoL, you know its good for diet I hear, and you can buy it with flavouring. So how do you make a paste with milk products?

Soy is good for your insides, I know that! Hehe

I have not heard anything about skin care with it though...sorry!

I haven't heard anything about the skin benefits of soy milk either. I don't like milk, so if I want to eat cereal, I can only use SILK soy milk (Vanilla). I would be interested to find out some recipes for it as well!

I love the taste of soy milk lol, I'm not sure if you can use the milk for any recipes but I know soy is good for the skin, perhaps it's soybean oil they use for skin recipes I'm not sure.

it doesn't taste much different from regular milk to me..i actually like it better tha regular milk. lol. i don't know any particular recipes for soy milk, but milk can be used in some skin recipes.

i get the light vanilla soy milk and i love it.. its really healthy for ur heart and tastes great.. i use it in cereal and shakes or just to drink plain

That's the kind we buy at home too! I'm lactose intolerant and never liked the taste of reg milk so vanilla is awesome!

i heard that soy milk slows down the rate of hair growth on legs. don't know if its true though

i dont know about skin care, but i love love soy milk. i use it to cook too. mainly because i hate the taste of milk.

I don't know about the benefits other than I think it maybe less fattening than cow's milk, but I'm not certain. I just drink it because it tastes good. not sure about any recipes that include soy milk.

IMHO Silk Soymilk in Vanilla and 8th Continent Soymilk in Vanilla both taste realli good, a lot yummier and healthier than whole milk ...
