whateever works for you keep doing it.
there's no such thing as the best. if anyone says that certain products are the best they eitehr know nothing or they are lying. skincare is personal and evrything works differently on everyone.
cleanser and toners from the same line are used in conjunction to rebalance the PH in your ski, but if your finding using a certain toner from one brand and using a cleanser from another brand is working wonders for you continue doing that.
i hav breakout prone skin, so in do cleanse tone and moisturize in the morning
at night i cleanse and tone and then use a preventative acne treatment.
no there are no rules that say you have to use a moisturizer. if your skin is extremely oily you don't need a moisturizer, you might find using an oil control product with work better wonders for you.
at night if you dont wnat to use heavy creams and prefer to have your skin breathe, thats perfectly fine.
in the morning some people cleanse, some people cleanse and tone and some people splash their face with water and then use a toner after. It's good to try one of these methods, not just water because your skin produces oils overnight, so using some sort of cleanser or a toner etc will help your skin breathe and feel refreshed.
when any skincare contains a lot of parabens i'e-paraben, methylparaben ethylparaben etc, that means they have a lot of preservatives. some of these can irritate skin. some people prefer not to use products with parabens because parabens are chemicals. AVENE is a line that has a lot fo products with no parabens.
If you have found skincare that you love, have another line of skincare (a second favourite line), so you can jump over to that one for a while so your skin doesnt get used to your ultimate favourite line.
do not overwash and over tone your skin, this can irritate your face make more acne breakouts as well as cause flaking.
do not use masks, peels and exfoliators often. Even if an exfoliator says daily don't use it daily use it only a few times a week. if it is a regular exfoliator just use it max once a week. masks are greta for a treat. they are not necessary once a week. once every two weeks is fine.
Here's a great skincare tip: stay out of the sun and outta tannign beds. oh boy do they age you and remember we barely have an ozone layer left!!!. the more sun the more wrinkles brown spots and sagging you will have. thats a promise!!!! and no anti aging cream will help you there.
some people have a fixation that creams make your wrinkles go away. i have sold enough creams in my lifetime. they are great to prevent but they work best when you take care of yourself. i'e staying out of the sun, eating properly, not over stressing yourself. bottomline if you have lots of deep wrinkles and your face is falling off nothing can help you, so get over it.
