SKIN can never look the same all through your life. You may have had good skin in the 20s, but with each passing year, your skin type changes. Hers what you need to know to keep your skin looking good for life
In your teens
Cleanse your face regularly, day and night, and use a sunscreen during the day.
Even if you are endowed with good skin, you need to follow a good cleanse-moisturize –and –tone routine.
If your skin is pimple or acne-prone, get it checked by a dermatologist and keep away from oily formulas.
Keep check on your diet. Don’t gorge on oily foods. Eat plenty of salads and fruits and drink lots of water
The 20s
Check for any fine lines of wrinkles.
Follow the usual skin care routine.
Cleanse your face well to remove all traces of make-up don’t go to bed with make-up on.
