Has anyone tried "The Skincare" line?

Hi, Kim. :icon_smil Thanks for your help. I noticed most of the reviews are for the Pureness line. There's only one review for The Skincare line.

FYI for anyone that enjoys trying new samples: I sent an e-mail to Shiseido requesting samples. A customer service coordinator contacted me, inquiring about my skin, and sent me the following, upon receiving my reply.

The Skincare

• Purifying Cleansing Foam (I can't believe how little of this product I need to use. I keep squeezing out way too much product. Everyone seems to mention how little of the actual product is needed each use, too. The sample could last forever. All of Shiseido's "The Skincare" products seem to be this way.)
• Hydro-Balancing Softener (I use Clinique Clarifying Lotion 2 and Proactiv Solution Revitalizing Toner, occasionally, but I'm in love with this one, now. :icon_chee)
• Day Essential Moisturizer SPF 10 (There's one review for this product. I'm not sure if it's going to break me out or not, because I haven't been using it long enough to be certain.)

I'm calling to order all three of the above full-size products today. By the way, the samples I received are trial size, not those little tear open envelopes.
Oh, and, this is probably a silly thing to mention, especially since I don't choose skin care products based upon what celebrities use/endorse/promote/ etc., but... I've been using Proactiv Solution for many, many years now. Probably before the Jessica Simpson infomercials. I'm 28 now, though, and I feel like it's time to switch things up. I need to begin pampering my skin and preventing those little fine lines. Anyway! I came across Shiseido and sent an email requesting samples. Then, a few days ago, before receiving the samples, (I'd actually forgotten all about them.), I read that Jessica Simpson is/was addicted to Shiseido's The Skincare line. I know she used to use Proactiv Solution. Maybe she still does. I'm going to try Shiseido and keep Proactiv on hand, because I've experienced what most people have experienced upon discontinuing Proactiv. Breakouts. The Skincare line seems to be for individuals who need/want to defend their skin from early signs of aging, but still have the need to stabilize occasionally stressed out skin. I can't wait to see if it'll work out for me, because Jessica's skin has been looking amazing, lately! I rarely have breakouts, but on occasion, my skin will freak out on me, so we'll see.

Kim, that's so true! I drive my husband insane with all of my samples (each enclosed in their own individual Zip Loc baggies to keep them fresh) that reside in our bathroom cabinet.

Wow! That's so nice of them to send big samples like that. I havent tried the Skincare range but i have tried their Pureness range and i love it!

I've been a Shiseido user for so many years(I think I was 20 at that time when I started using thier produts). Yes I've used their Skincare line and I loved it. Because of the aging process, I'm now using a mixture of their UV Whites, Bioperformance, and 'am thinking of the White Luccent. Hope you will like their products too.

Just an FYI, did you know Jessica Simpson greatest tip was that she went on Accutane to clear her complexion? Soooooo, not sure which line she really likes or maybe she likes Shiseido after Accutane????
