I'm pretty artistic but when it comes to shaping my eyebrows I'm clueless! I looked on youtube but can't seem to find a link about some one explaining how to pluck eyebrows I even have a nice link here Leaving MakeupTalk...

but I still can't seem to get the hang of it....

Can some one help me out, a link, video or some thing?

I really don't have the money to go to a professional, plus I'm afraid incase she messes up...ekkk

Well if ya mess up they will always grow back! Lol. I just started along the bottom and took out a row of hairs with the tweezers and slowly whittled mine down to something slimmer and more feminine.. Get a small magnigying mirror really helps a lot! Just take your time and step back and check out your progress every so often.. There is no perfect eyebrow!! Each person is different.. and any imperfections can be covered up with eb pencil!! That's what makeup if for after all!!

Here's a link I like.. Eyebrow Shaping and Shading

that is a good one Karren I've seen that one before. Someone had suggested to me once that you use a wht pencil to mark all the hairs to get rid of so you don't go way overboard. (I Know all about that)
The other major issue i've noted is how to make sure it is consistent from left eye to right eye

michelle phan has a really informative video on youtube about how to shape your eyebrows. just google michelle phan on youtube.

I also use those stencils you can buy by ardell. i have both ardell ones and modelco. brand ones, and at first they were really helpful in getting the basic shape. They gave me a really good helping hand as a beginner

this stuff helps a lot!

you can do a search & you'll find a ton of eyebrow threads, probably a few of my own. i always go back & re-read them. eyebrows are definately my weakness when it comes to doing makeup.
