Oh goodness, it's been forever since I've bumped into you on the boards! Where ya been?

How are ya?

Well, for my facial skin care, I basically eschew anything I cannot orally consume. That means I only use edibles.

For cleaning my face, I use the OCM with organic oils and my washcloth for exfoliation.

For moisturizing, the OCM pretty much takes care of that.

If I'm not wearing makeup, a natural SPF is found in coconut oil, and I'll use a little of that.

That's it. Very simple.

Oh yes... I almost forgot, I do preventative care around the eye area using Retin-A.

OCM = Oil Cleansing Method

There is a huge mega-thread about it in this Skin Care section.

It's a way to clean your face without using any soap agents, and it keeps the natural acid mantel on the face intact. Many people have found that this works remarkably well for them, myself included.
