Semi-Annual Sales heads up!

The Body Shop, Bath & Body Works and Victoria's Secret are all having their semi-annual sales right now. I know that Bath & Body Works and Victoria's Secret's sales are until January 22nd, but not sure about The Body Shop. Just thought everyone would like to know. I checked out the B&BW one today. It was a mob scene. I didn't get much because the items I wanted were placed on a 50% off table, but rang up at only 40% off and the clerk would not give me the 50%, so I didn't buy them as a matter of principle.edro:

I went to bath and body works today and it was a madhouse! I got the last bottle of the lotion I wanted, some 3-in-1, and some hand soaps!

I already went to Body Shop and got a couple of nice lipglosses and eyeshadows. L'Occitane is also having a big sale, if anyone likes their products. I love sale season!

My sister picked up a lipgloss on the $2 table, there were others there of the same brand, but when she got to the register, they told her it was $6! The girl working behind the counter didn't act like she knew what she was doing, though. Oh well.

I thought it was strange that both VS & B&BW would be starting their sales at the same time, so I stopped by the mall today. VS has not started their sale. Earlier a sa told me it starts on Jan. 3, I believe -- but don't quote me. VS & B&BW generally start their sales about a week apart.

I stoped by B&BW and got the things I didn't get yesterday because they were not giving the advertised discount. The system had been updated and I got themfor 1/2 price: a Goldie makup brush set and a True Blue Spa pedicure set.

That's strange, Linda. My VS was having their sale already. I know that they are the same company, so that's why they usually have their sales together. I'm sure The Body Shop does too at the same time so that they don't lose a ton of business. LOL
