I just got my hair colored professionally for the very first time. It was a total mess from all the "corrections" I tried to make. It's finally all one color again. Before the stylist dried it she used Sebastian Potion No. 9 and my hair feels so good so I bought some.

Has anyone used/currently use this product?

Also what products would you reccommend for colored hair as far as shampoo and rinse out conditioner go? I have Infusium for colored hair but I've never used it. I hear Matrix Color.Smart is really good, but I didn't like Sleek.Look. I also have very brittle hair that is thick.

Your help would be much appreciated!!

I love my new hair and I can't wait to show you, but the fumes have given me a headache. You'll be seeing me on an upcoming FOTD!!

Oooh ! Can't wait to see it! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I've also heard good feedback on No.9 - although I haven't used it personally either. I also have heard good results with the Color.Smart line. Not all the formulas are the same, so you might have better luck with this over the Sleek.Look. Sleek was a bit too heavy for my hair - so I wasn't overly happy with it either. But give the color.smart a try -- most people I know like it. Biolage is great too ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I know the feeling your feeling, about 6 months ago I went to do my hair and they washed my hair with the Shampoo and Conditioner and the they used the Potion 9 to style my hair and I felt in love with the product and ran to buy it. Is really really good !!.

Sebastian products were a big deal in the 80's back when alot of us were bleaching our hair into a white birdnest LOL! They were very good products back then.
