salon bronze

I purchased salon bronze today, but when I got it home, on the back label it says it has an ingredient known in California to cause cancer. Any input???

What is the ingredient? If it is a known cancer causing ingredient, I wouldn't want to put it on my skin because the skin is our largest organ and stuff certainly seeps through and can be harmful even topically.

It doesn't say what ingredient, just an ingredient. I don't know, will take it back I guess.
