Sally Hansen Burn

I recently used Sally Hansen Hair Removal wax on my upper lip and I now have this red, bumpy burn. Any suggestions as to how to quicken the healing of it?

same thing just happened to me, same product, and i did use the oil, it is finally healing up now, i did my sideburn area too so i broke out everywhere i put it.

i have real sensitive skin, if my hubby does not shave and he kisses me and his scruffies touch my face then bam i am broke out, same with make up brushes. ugggh
