Adapted from The Essential Oils Book, by Colleen K. Dodt (Storey Books, 1996).
This couldn't-be-easier citrusy soak is a sweet treat for tired, cold feet. Soothing, refreshing, and stimulating to the circulation, a super way to give our hard-working feet a welcome lift after all they do for us. Here’s how:

SIMPLE SOLUTION: INGREDIENTS 4 drops lemon essential oil
3 drops rosemary essential oil
3 drops lavender essential oil
Add oils to 2 gallons of warm water in a dish basin or shallow tub and mix well. Soak feet for as long as you like, then towel dry. Follow up with a gentle foot-massage, if you like.

No foot soak every really works for me, I'm on my feet all day and I hate it. By the end of the day they're so incredibly sore, I mean they HURT. i might try this one though.

AHH foot soaks are more my area..

Things that work for me are Hot water (a just a hair hotter than you are totally comfortable with) and:

1- herbal teas

2- baking soda (clean AND muscle relaxing) but youmight want to moisturize after

3- lavender (but I've never tried the oil version)

as far as the optional massage... i only wish!!!
