In my latest issue of Redbook, the following were deemed the best bronzers & fabulous fakes:

BEST BRONZERS

  • Dior Bronze Monoi Gelee ($32 USD)
  • YSL Make-Up Leg Mousse ($35 USD)
  • Physicians' Formula Solar Powder Bronzer SPF 20 ($13 USD)
  • Ramy Sun Smooched! Facial Bronzer in Light, Medium or Dark ($32 USD)
FABULOUS FAKES

  • Estee Lauder Go Tan Airbrush Self-Tan Spray for Body ($28.50 USD)
  • Almay Sunless Tanning Cream for Body SPF 15 ($10 USD)
  • Olay Complete Touch of Sun Daily UV Facial Moisturizer with SPF 15 ($13 USD)
  • Shiseido Suncare Brilliant Bronze Tinted Self-Tanning Gel ($28 USD)
  • Brilliant ModelCo Exfoliate Body Wipes ($22 USD)

Thanks for the great info! It's useful to me as I just started using bronzer lately. I've W&W one, but I'll try the Physicians' Formula Solar Powder Bronzer SPF 20 since it's in the best list and the price is reasonable.

I want to try that PF bronzer, they make about 15 different kinds though, so it's hard to know which is the best or if they are all pretty much the same thing! Too bad I am not really buying new m/u at the moment...

i think u reccommended the W and W bronzer... i still haven't tried it yet .... i'm trying soo hard not to buy anymore ...it's summer anyways ...
but if u ever get around to it, or when Walgreens has that 40% off PF sale, def try out the PF bronzer.. i use the non shimmer, spf 20 one ... but u're right, there are a lot of bronzers to pick from

Yep, I really like the WnW one, and I have a couple others, which is why I don't need to buy another for a year or two.

The solar one looks cool though.

I haven't tried any of them except the Solar Powder by PF. The PF is nice, as I've used it. Problem is I bought the wrong color *lmao*

Anne, the one mentioned actually says "Solar" on it with the SPF20. It does come in about 4 different colors.
