Red Spots?

On my chin, I have these little red spots where whiteheads once were, except i popped them and now i have these little red spots that somewhat look like pimples, but they're not.

I wash my face with Oil of Olay Daily Facials for oily skin, then witch hazel, then apply a thin layer of vaseline (thanks to the thread on this site.

How do i get rid of these red spots?

It might be scarring from popping them. I myself try so hard not to pick at my face, but sometimes end up doing it. I have been using Scarzone Acne cream and it's works pretty well for me. I put it on right after I wash my face and then right before bed I put on vaseline and when I wake up my skin is hardly red at all!!
