Red Areas around nose, how to you get rid of the redness?

I forget what its called, "korns" or something like that, is there a way to diminish or get rid of these really red areas?

I have this problem as well. Concealer only cakes on this area & even if I do apply concealer, it does not cover the redness completely. I too have no idea how one can get rid of them...I've simply 'learned to live wif it'
