Rec's for oily/dry skin on my face

I have very oily/dry skin. Well it's very complicated when I put makeup on my face because I have all these dry patches on my forehead. Can anyone recommend a great moisturizer that will help my face??

i use ponds dry skin creme! i love it. but before you do that, i'm sure you do this anyway, but just exfoliate like crazy, and then put the creme on it... i love it cause my face gets dry patches on a few places like bottoms of my cheeks -_- /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> and i hate it...

I started exfoliating with sugar and using complex 15. Helped immensely!

It's hard to find in stores. Drugstore.com probably has it.
