I recently bought this body spray that I lovedd. I sprayed my wrist and kept smelling it the whole way home. I then sprayed some on my pillow when I got home. The same day I ate this microwave dinner and I must have got food poisoning because the next morning I was sooo nauseous and threw up every 10 minutes for 4 hours! Now because I could smell the body spray on my pillow when I was sick, I can't stand that smell and it makes me nauseous, I had to give it to my sister.

Very weird/cool how that works. Anybody have any similar experiences?

Awww - that's not cool :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> What was it?

Something like that happened to me. I eat something I REALLY liked and got sick and - well you know. So I can't eat it anymore!

It's never happened to me with scents, I would hate if that happened to me :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

That happened to Nick with stuffing - he got sick on Thanksgiving when he was little, and now he cannot eat stuffing at all.

Well, that used to happen to me when I was pregnant. I used to love Victoria's Secret Strawberries and Chanpagne, and Avon's Rare Gold. After I got pregnant, I could not stand the smell and still cant six years after having my first child! It still to this day makes me vomit

We actually talked about this this in an Educational Psychology class. I think it's called classical conditioning. It's pretty interesting! A lady in my class said her daughter had the same experience with a candle when she was sick, and now that scent makes her throw up.

Be careful... If your sister starts to wear that stuff, pretty soon your sister might make you nauseous! LOL

This happens to me, which is why I try and avoid any and all fragrances when I feel sick. It really sucks, sorry that happened to you!!

sorry you were sick and that you don't like your body spray any more.......bummer!!

No no it's all good! Cause now when I smell it, it just smells bad, like how could I have ever liked it in the first place. Plus it was only those $10 Colonge sprays, the marshmallow one. Hey yahh I can't eat that microwave dinner anymore either LOL.
