Anyone know any tips for removing fake tan quick, I put some of that moisturizer tan stuff on, (see dove thread) on saturday and its made a state of my body, Its come out rather patchy where it has worked and other places it has not come out,

Whats a decent way to fade it fast, Ive exfoliated lots with scrubs, Soaked in the bath, Shaved loads and today I sprayed alot of baby oil on myself as I noticed this sometimes fades your tan, Any other ways to fade?

i was gonna suggest using a scrub, but if you tried all that, i think your best bet is wait for it to fade by itself.

at work today, a client asked and my coworker mentioned model co having a product for this purpose. let me look for it...

EDIT: i found these, but the first two are for hands, but maybe it could work for the body?

Sephora: St. Tropez Tanning Essentials Self-Tan Remover: Bronzers & Self-Tanners

if you wanna try it out first...

Sephora: St. Tropez Tanning Essentials Self-Tan Remover Packets: Bronzers & Self-Tanners

this is what my coworker recommended...

Sephora: ModelCo Tan Remover Exfoliating Scrub: Body Scrubs & Exfoliants

My friend waxed her leg once, well a strip of it with Nads. It didn't take the hair off but ripped her fake tan clean off! Hahah, she had a stripe down her leg!!

I've never actually found anything that works, but I haven't tried any of the products that are intended for that purpose. I would give one of those a try. Otherwise, it doesn't take too long for self-tanners to fade.

Exfoliate yourself really well, then moisturize yourself and that will thin the tanning lotion really well then rub in with moisturize again. For cracks like in your heels and knees--believer it or not Toothpaste!!!! Put some on a brush and go to work. I even tried bleach once (don't do that). Toothpaste really works. Before putting any fake tanners on, it helps to have a little base tan from a tanning bed or natural sun. Boy, I have messed many times!!!!

Actually, now that SalJ mentioned it, I did remove fake tan once with hair remover.(I did not want to do it actually, it was a side effect) I guess it is worth a try.
