Question about makeup removers

I have Neutrogena Acne face wash...at night I wet my face (with my makeup still on) and use the face wash...adn that's it. Is that wrong to do? Should I remove my makeup and then use the face wash?

It's okay if you think the face wash leaves your skin very clean. But I like to use something to remove makeup first especially if I wear foundation. I use Pond's Cold Cream. It's cheap and removes makeup easily and completely.

If it works for you then why "fix" it? If you wear a lot of make up say for a special occasion try using cetaphil first. You should be using something seperate for your eyes as well, I would imagine the wash could be stingy and drying for your eye area

i use shiseido cleansing water to remove my makeup first before washing my face. it might be an unnecessary step but it always makes me feel cleaner /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I remove my eye makeup with a cream cleanser, apparently you can use vaseline to do the job too. Then I will wash my face with a face wash /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Make sure you remove your eye makeup first, before washing the rest of your face.
