No and I would never use that as a primer. It contains sulfur, which would not only irritate the skin modestly, but possibly burn the skin. Not to mention the results it would have on your makeup. Your makeup would dry out to the point it would flake and cause even more weird afflictions on your face, including major oxidation. I truly do not recommend using it as a primer.
