Pinch or Extract?

Hello girls well I dont know if their is a thread for this.But i have always wonder about this.Ok i have had professional facial with extractions before they are still picking and pinching your face.When they tell you your not soppose to pick,pinch or squeze them.I know that sometimes a professional might be more gentle but most of the time they really have to squeze those suckers

.I think that either way it would still leave a scar.So is it Do or Dont what do you guys think????

I wondered the same thing when I went to get a facial.....I did not leave the place with my face "glowing".....She poked and probed my face with her fingers! ( I went to two diff places, one was a high end place). My face was red after I left.....

Anyways, I think messing with your face on your own with your barehands is a no-no...I use a extracter or two q tips...if it doesn't easily come out, its not ready to come out....afterwards I usually put on a sulfur mask ( the lady who did my facial put one on me and she said this is to prevent the spread of infection)....
