Pevonia RS2 or ZenMed?

Hi! This thread has alot of good info and help for rosacea and couperose. I have been checking out products to help and came across these two lines and wondered if anyone here has used them or knows if they truly can help. I read some reviews on the both, and it seems they do work or help.

If anyone has ever used this please let me know.
