Ok you know how when some girls walk by and the smell of their perfume lasts even after they left...how do they get it like that? I have tried and tried and it never works. Any ideas?

put the parfume after shower

or after body cream

or you can use it on powder and it will stay longer

It may be lasting, you probably just can't smell it anymore. People typically can't smell their own perfume like others can. There are times when I swear my perfume is gone, but my SO can still smell it.

But, if you want to be extra sure, you can always do as others suggested and spray it on after you've moisturized. You could also look into getting the matching body cream of your perfume, so it's double the scent. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

yep! layering is key.

also, like YE said, you become "immune" to your own scent.

I agree with the girls. Don't overdo it though, because if you do become so used to it and can't smell it on yourself, I've walked past lots of women who smell like they've marinated themselves in it! So kind of experiment with lotions and such, and once you find a good ratio, stick with it.

Yeah, I think others smell our perfume even when we can't. I used to work in a pet store and I would wear Gap So Pink (eau de toilette, so not very strong), and hours after arriving at work, after being around animals all day, people would still compliment me on it. I guess I must have been doing something right.
