I know somebody else on here has fine, loose, afro-wave/curly hair like me (cree summer)....... I want to wear my hair straight, but don't know how to wear it. I find just straight down hair rather boring, so some hair ideas would be helpful.......:icon_wink

:icon_twis I know i'm not the only black or half black chick on here with brastrap or longer hair. Give me some hairstyles darnit:icon_twis

im hella white but my hair is bone straight and ive never thought of it as boring, you can do alot with it.

what about bangs? i think you'd look cute with bangs

you can pull the top part back into a clip like tyra banks does leaving the sides long and flowing

even tiny braids at each side of your face and pull them back into another longer braid in the back

gee i wish i had some pictures no one is going to understand what the heck im talking about lol

i understand what you're talking about and i think your right, that would be very cute. you just have to be creative and work with what you've got.

I actually like your idea.....:clap Of course, I would have to get my hair professionally done.

hey. i can totally relate. it's easier to wear my hair curly but, i love the straight look.. and i understand what you mean about it kind of being boring and just hanging there lol. what i do is play with the part of your hair.. maybe try a different style, braids in the front? just depends on your personal preference.

i like bangs but, the problem with bangs and curly hair is.. sure, it looks good while it's straight but i'm not really too fond of curly bangs.. but, again just depends on your personal taste.

p.s i absolutely love cree summer as an actress and singer and i'm surprised that you mentioned her. i thought i was the only one who knew she existed lol.

I'm not into just straight hair, and want to play it up a bit. I like your style, and i'm not a fan of curly bangs.

I'm a big cree summer fan, and will always be one....lol

Was a member of LCHF for over three years, and have no need to ever return to them. Already a member of DHCF, but thanks anyways. Im rocking a half up and half down hairstyle with long side bangs and cute little clips in my hair. :icon_bigg
