Hi There!
For people wanting a nice even pale looking complexion, I found a couple of items if anyone was interested. I first came across a product Devita skin brightening serum. Apparentally it has kojic acid. Here is some information based on the acid.
Kojic Acid can dramatically reduce the
appearance of skin discoloration and evens out skin tone without chemically
bleaching your skin. It is formulated with a bioengineered skin lightening
compound, Complex KBT. This new complex achieves amazing results without the
most common irritating skin bleach, hydroquinone. Effective on all skin types
and formulated to lighten skin which has been discolored from chemical peels,
age spots, sun spots and other types of hyperpigmentation. Provides results
within 8-10 weeks.
Kojic acid and arbutin, natural alternatives to hydroquinone, work
synergistically to help break up hyperpigmentation.I'll try it and will let you know! Waiting
8-10 weeks for results doesn't sound much fun..but nevertheless
i am pretty excited to get it..once i get paid that is.
There are many skin bleaching creams or kits out there but i'm partial to buying devita because it has natural ingredients..no synthetic dyes or creams to irritate skin and they have a list of ingredients for each of their products..so once i'll try this product and if i am satisfied, I see myself buying more of their stuff...so we'll see!
The other product that seems interesting to say the least is the Japanese Nightingale droppings. Yea, sounds really gross right?
Yea, me too! But apparentally the ultra violet light is used to treat the Nightingale droppings and hence are completely free of bacteria. They have been used for kabuki actor and Geisha's make up cleansing for centuries in japan and contain a natural enzyme (guanine, an amino acid w/ ammonic bleaching qualities) which has a natural lightening action.
Now..it is a bit pricier than the devita skin brightening serum...it's about 18 bux a bottle and each bottle has about 50-60 applications.
Now, it's probably easier just to use white powder or makeup but i'm looking more of a permanent solution and to be honest..i'm not particular keen on using makeup for acheiving a nice pale beautiful complexion. That's not to say i'm completely avoiding makeup..I just think that if you use serums or creams that the results are much more natural looking and when you do use makeup..you're skin will look absolutely flawless and effortless beauty. At least in my opinion.
So, as i said, we'll see what happens! =)
In addition, has anyone out there tried skin bleaching creams or serums with any success?
Thanks!
