Over-counter cream for dark under eyes circles?

Whats that cream that people talk about for the dark under eye circles??

I believe it's originally mean't for something else, but it works for this too,

I just forget what its called!

The only thing that comes to mind is Strivectin-D, which was originally made for stretch marks. I've had success w/ Avon Anew Retroactive+ Repair Eye Serum and Avon Anew Ultimate Transforming Lift Eye Cream. I tried Neutrogena Healthy Skin Intensive Eye Cream, but it didn't do anything for me. Maybe someone else might know what you're talking about if I didn't hit the nail on the head w/ the Strivectin...

hylexin. people use it for dark under eye circles
