I am not sure, but i always make sure to use salicylic acid, and to exfoliate. If your acne is much worse, you should talk to your doctor about prescriptions, I have been on accutane, and now I am on another less intense medication. It has helped a bunch!

i'm trying to go for a more gentle approach. Salicyclic acids tends to hurt my skin and i was overjoyed with how soothing the bottle of tea tree oil i picked up was. I think many products make acne worse for me so i'm trying a new organic approach :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I recently purchased camellia seed oil, patchouli oil, and evening primrose oil that are all supposedly very good for acne, I still haven't tried them though, so I can't vouch for their effectiveness.

You can also take evening primrose oil internally. I take it daily. It's very good for hair, skin, and balancing hormones.

Some other oils besides tea tree that are good for acne are cedarwood, clary sage, patchouli, sandalwood, and lavender. Some of those should not be used w/o diluting first with a base oil, though.

Calendula oil, Grapeseed oil, Codliver oil, Flaxseed oil, Jojoba oil..And so much more.

I currently use Calendula oil and take a teaspoon of the flaxseed oil and I am loving them

Actually I was wondering what you take. Thanks for the link, I'm really interested now! :glasses:
