Order for applying medicines?

I have tried a search and I couldn't really find anything, maybe I'm just not searching hard enough.

Anyways, I had a question about order when it comes to applying acne medicine and a moisturizer/vaseline at night.

Does anyone know what comes first? The acne medicine or moisturizer? What if I'm using Vaseline?

Acne topicals, then moisturizer. Wait 10-15 mins in between.

Same order for using vaseline.

Acne meds, then moisturizer, then vaseline. Vaseline should always be last.
