Hi,
I went to dye my roots at a salon(it's a really non expensive salon but seemed good..), and instead of bleaching, the girl went for a super lightening blonde dye. She left it 50 minutes, rinsed it out and then applied a toner.
I now have pale orange roots with purple on my previously bleached hair! So my roots are orange then it follows with purple hair just on the top! And then I have my light ash blonde hair . It's just the top of my hair that is so ugly!!
I really don't know how this happened, and I called them back for them to fix this. I'm afraid of what they will do, but they seemed to take care of my hair by telling me bleach isn't good..
I want to use the purple shampoo to get rid of the orange but I'm afraid that I will touch where it's purple and that it'll become even more purple!
What should I do?
