Im sorry ive been asking so many questiions im getting annoying i know but please i need help finding a new moisture for the day..

The question is you know the olay complete moisture with spf 15 good? and would it clog the pores like is there anything in the ingredents that would clog my pores and by the way at night i use retin a gel for acne so my face gets a little flakey

Thanksss

Hi Mouna,

Please don't feel that you're annoying, because you're not. A number of derms (Dr. Patrica Wexler for example) highly recommend the Oil of Olay Complete Defense SPF 15, SPF 20 or SPF 30 as a moisturizer.

Just don't over apply your moisturizer (this is a very easy thing to do).

MUT is here for you to ask questions. I don't have much experience with Olay moisturizer, but you might try doing a search. I would suggest the key words Olay Complete Defense, if you haven't already. It should narrow your search down fairly well.

I use Olay Complete for sensitive skin and i really love it! I have combo-acne prone skin and i've had no problems with it so far. If you need serious hydration that its not the right moisturizer, its very light and absorbs well. I was thinking of getting the one with SPF too.

You're definitely not being annoying! That's what we're here for! To ask, answer & learn! Unfortunately, I can't help with any advice regarding Olay since I'm allergic to it

One of my favorite mousturizers of all time is Clinique's Dramatically Different Mousturizing Lotion. For a while I had really dry skin and this worked great for me. It's a little more pricey then Oil of Olay which stinks, but it is well worth it.

I haven't tried any of Olay's moisturziers, but my dermatologist always recommended Cetaphil products because they don't clog your pores! Cetaphil Moisturzing Cream is very thick and moisturizing; if you prefer a lighter moisturizer, their regular lotion is also noncomedogenic.

Right now I am using CO Bigelow Extra Light Face Lotion -- even though it's a little pricey, it's THE only product I've tried that's made a difference in my super oily skin!

But I have used Cetaphil in the past and it worked just fine!

Try looking for products that are labeled "noncomedogenic" or "nonacnegenic" since they will be the least likely to clog your pores. Products labeled "oil free" do not contain oils but may still contain other pore-clogging ingredients. And products labeled "hypoallergenic" only means it's less likely to cause an allergic reaction; the term has nothing to do with acne or clogging pores!

Yes! Cetaphil is great! .. the lotion and cleanser. Very smooth and leaves face feeling really clean.
