But my undereyes have SLIGHTLY visible lines from smiling. Not on the corners, just under my eyes...

What awesome eye creams will help either decrease these lines or prevent them from getting any worse? Right now I have just started using MAC Moisture Feed/Eye at night and MAC Fast Response Eye Cream during the day...

Oh! Welcome to my club! I haven't found anything yet... I think those are just facial lines we're bound to have IMHO. Hopefully someone posts something good we can both use

I guess I'll welcome you to the club as well! I have been using eye creams since I was in high school (I would use whatever my mom had), and I honestly don't think there is any miracle worker out there. I think keeping the eye area well moisturized is more important than anything else. My friend Meagan just uses vitamin E oil under her eyes every morning and night and she is 26 like me, and I never notice any lines on her. Sometimes I have used olive oil as well (at night...too greasy for day) and I think that natural oils like that do a really good job adding moisture to the thin skin there.

I use kinerase eye cream and it seems to be okay, but no miracles yet - probably a waste of money, but oh well1 I know Chanel has some really good ones. I saw a good review of Chanel eyecreams in Allure a couple years ago, tried it, and swore I noticed a difference. It's pricey though...

I always make sure I apply sunscreen around my eyes, and honestly, the greasiness of the sunscreen sort of disguises and seems to diminish the little lines I have there. It's a preventative measure too, so it can't hurt!

same here i haven't foun anything yet. but i'm gonna try the arbonne product that arbon queen introduced me to. can't wait!

I really love the MAC Fast Response for day, it makes the fine lines invisible and since I use it, they didn't get more!

I have been on the search for a good eye cream as well but it seems regardless of being cheap or expensive they just seem to do the same thing -nothing.

I'm a member of this club too. I'm using Fanie International Fine Lines Cream and it works the same as EL Advanced Eye Repair, which means no improvement at all. Feeling sad...

I only used the Chanel in my makeover, and it felt lovely! I've noticed a lot of their skin care has an almost heavy scent though. I've only tried the MAC Fast Eye Response once, so I can't voice an opinion on it yet

i think the reason why creams don't help much is just because we are constantly moving our faces. i notice that when i go out for a night now and am constantly laughing, i will see just the faintest sign of a line on the sides of my mouth. but the next day it is gone...and i guess it is just because i'm not moving my mouth as much at all. i think this is why women get botox around their eyes, and eventually it relaxs the muscle and you don't see the line. so i think a cream can only do so much. i guess wearing sunglasses so you don't squint in the sun helps too, and a little dab of sunblock.

but i certainly don't plan on not smiling or showing emotion, and you are bound to get lines anyways, so you might as well just enjoy yourself! my mom has chosen to age gracefully and she started using estee lauder products a couple years ago. i have seen the difference in her skin, and she really does have really nice skin now. i have tried the eye cream she uses...i don't know what it is called, but it is very thick and emoillent. i liked it. i don't think any eye cream can erase lines....but they do do something. you just can't stop time unfortunately!!

I started using eye creams when I was around 20 cause my skin was really dry and flakey, and my lines were more visible. I started with EL Advanced Night Recovery Complex and it was a miracle for my skin. it saved me from falikness and dryness, and I used many may jars ever since... I also love Clinique Anti gravity, and origins perfect world for eyes.

the only thing you can really do is to keep your skin well hydrated. This is the best way to make the lines less visible.

Hi MacGoddesss, i can;t actually recomend you an eye cream, BUT i will say this...i am 37 and have NO WRINKLES on my face or under my eyes and i belive that this is beacuse i have used moisturiser's and an eyecream since i was 15. Looking after your skin now will pay dividends in the future.Trust Me!

My advice is to find an eye cream that works for you...what age are you? Prevention is always better than cure my love!

Unfortunately most eye creams don't have SPF in it

I'm currently using Lancome photogenic concealer as a base on my eyes just cuz it has SPF 15 in it. In the morning i also use Clinique's All About Eyes eye gel, which to me hasn't done anything other than refresh the skin around my eyes. At night I use Origins Night-a-mins eye cream, which is very thick but seems to be doing *something*...might be worth a try!

Yeah, I have been thinking about this too, I don't have any wrinkles but why should I wait until I get them to start using an anti-wrinkle cream? LOL. Now, I have no idea if starting using an anti-winkle cream while you are young actually prevents premature wrinkles (everything in Medicine is evidence-based nowadays and I got in the habit of only believing what has been studied in a prospective, randomized, placebo-controlled trial LOL). But I guess that, other than spending unnecessary money, there is no harm in doing that.

Now, I guess the only thing that is known to decrease the progression/ incidence of wrinkles is making sure you use sunscreen everyday, since sun is the biggest culprit (along with age, of course).

I think everyone should use a good eye cream. Everyone has their own preference...and you all can guess mine. But basically....look at the ingrediants, and make sure it's something that works for you, but is not harsh.

Good Luck....let me know if you have any questions.

I can't find a good eye cream. most make my eyes hurt from the ingred. or make me wake up with puffy eyes. Leila, or anyone else, did you have any luck with MAC fast response, now you've been using it a while?

I want to try Mac fast response and EL night cream coz you all tell good things about the products. I'm using clinique all about eyes, it's not greasy and good scent.

We have the same problems, i just bought this today EL Advanced Eye Repair... probably wont help.

Sometimes i think those are just my facial lines that have been there forever, but i only noticed them now, coz i am 25, on a look out for wrinkles. Could that be, these lines have been here forever ?
