my skin started getting oily for the first time in the summer

and i thought now was the time for my hormones to start getting crazy

(im 15)... and they DID and my skin got REALLY oily.

but now... its winter and its COLD in Canada

my skin is dry

even flaking in some places

i dont mind it at all

its better then oily...

but whats my skin type?

i dont understand..

Is it oily or dry everywhere or in certain areas? I know that some people are oily in their T-Zone and dry everywhere else. That could mean that you have combination skin.

Did you switch skincare products?

my skin is oily during the summer and dry during the winter. it happens to lots of people. i just say i have combo.

I have combo skin, and it can change with the weather. Generally in the colder month, a lot of people with combo or dry skin will use a heavier moisturizer than they do in the summer. Something else I do is use an oil-free hydrating gel OVER my daily moisturizer in the drier/colder months.

Agree with Jen and Aquilah. I have seasonal skin as well. Oily in summer and Dry in winter.

Many people have seasonal skin and that's why in winter they use a richer moisturiser or change their cleanser or in the summer, user a lighter moisturiser.

My skin is always combo--but still varies with season. In summer basically oily all over, with t-zone super oily. in winter normal/dry cheeks and chin but oily t-zone
