I have really sensitive oily skin. Are there any products or home remedies that I can use? I dont like clay face masks (takes too long to wash off), is there anything else I can try?

You can try Milk of Magnesia.

Wash face and dry. Shake bottle really really and then apply to skin using a cotton pad.

Let it dry completely before apply make up.

In case you don't know, Milk of Magnesia is typically sold in drug stores, in the "digestive" section.

Purchase the "regular" one, not mint or cherry flavoured.

Might cost about $5.

Thanks. Anythings worth a try. I heard that Milk can make your skin really soft too, if its true that would be an added bonus.

Is your skin definitely naturally oily? That can be a reaction to irritant ingredients in your cleanser, exfoliator or toner such as sulphate surfactants, fragrances, AHA/ BHAs or acne fighting ingredients.

Hello,

You could try keeping a stash of blotting papers with you to help keep the shine at bay during the day. As for combatting sensitive skin, perhaps you could cut down on seafood and other types of oily or fried food.

Use Artistry Skin Care System .It will balance oil of you skin & gives you a younger looking skin.

Proactive seems to be the best thing for oily skin, whether you have acne or not.  I have very oily skin and its the only thing that has worked for me.  The good thing about oily skin, is that you have less wrinkles as you get older.  You also become less oily as you get older.

It forms a 'skin' that absorbs the oils from your face and keeps it trapped so it does not appear on the surface of your foundation and make your makeup all oily.  You apply it with a cotton ball and allow it to dry before applying your foundation.  It's supposed to work, I've never tried it tho because I don't have oily skin.

It's up on Makeupalley.com
