I am having a problem a serious problem. I live here in South Africa and for some reason I an having problems for the first time with my hair. I bathe and wash my hair every evening but now when I wake up in the morning my hair is oily and greasy by the roots and quite a far distance between 7cm - 15cm and it looks like I haven't washed my hair for 3 days. What can I do to prevent that besides washing hair again in the mornings? I really need help, I work with clients all day and I look really terrible as the day goes on and the problem gets worse> thank you in advance

Try some Dry Shampoo. It might help. If I have to shower at night, I use it and it works really well covering up greasy-looking roots. I have like, stark black hair, so it looks really greasy, really quickly and dry shampoo always helps me:)

I have tried the dry shampoo before, it ends up leaving my hair really heavy. I have blond hair and it is also fine hair, I should of said that earlier. when my hair was black I never had that problem, and my hair has been blond for a year and never had that problem its only now I am struggling and its not going away. I am also using the same shampoo that I have been using for years. its a real nightmare

Maybe you're using too much conditioner, or a really over processed one? I had issues with this myself! Try investing in a good conditioner, don't condition every day... Also, washing my pillows regularly really helps--try not touching your hair, etc. This may be just me, but sleeping with my hair up really helps to prevent oiliness in my hair! Hope any of this helps! Oily hair is a drag! Your climate will only make it harder! :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
