I just bought Clean and Clear blotting papers since I've heard good things about them, but haven't had a chance to try them yet. You can find them in most drugstores. When I was buying them, I also noticed that Biore made some blotting papers in their Shine Control line.

All I can say, is read the labels cause some oil blotting papers actually have Mineral Oil in them..yeeech. And may cause a breakout...happened to me.

do these blotting papers, remove the make-up as well, or just take away the oil?

They're not *supposed* to remove the makeup... for example, the Clean and Clear papers I bought have a powder in them that's just supposed to sop up the oil but leave the makeup. But I haven't tried them yet, because I'm on school break and I'm not doing my makeup or leaving the apartment today
