New anti ageing serum from Iceland

I've recently come back from a trip to the UK and a friend of mine told me about a skin serum called Bio Effect. I did some searches when i got home and found a video on You Tube from the President of the American Academy of Dermatology http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uf03pEkIEO8
