Neutrogena Microdermabrasion System.

If this has already been covered, I apologize.

Has anyone tried Neutrogena's At-Home Microdermabrasion System? I'm thinking about using this to get rid of a couple scars and dark spots on my face. I need to know if it works or not. I don't want to spend $32 + on something that doesn't work.
