I am tossing around the idea of getting a new hair style. Here is what it is now

The first pic is how it looks when I flat iron it. My hair is super thick & naturally wavy. The second is when it is wavy & not frizzed by humidity! The 3rd is when I use the curling wand. And the last is what I am thinking of going back to. About shoulder length. The last is the pic of. Friend of mine that I am going to show thr stylist. I want it like this but maybe not as short. But of course since most days I don't have much time to do my hair it gets out in a pony tail or messy bun. And it is hot to wear it down alot. And heavy! So what should I do with it? It doesn't really have a style right now.

I think a longer bob type of hair cut would be so cute with your face shape! I know what you mean with long hair when it's hot out. I cut 7 inches of mine off and I'm glad I did!

The second photo looks best IMO. I like longer hair. The longer, the better (if it is healthy!).

I personally love long hair.  Whenever I cut my hair, I seem to always regret it.  I'm dedicated to growing mine out at the moment. (Actually just got a trim to remove the dead ends...that was horrifying to me!  They removed too much, haha!)  But, I do think on some women, shorter hair looks really good.  Some can really pull it off!  Exactly how short are you thinking?

If it's heavy, you may want to have it thinned out.  I know what it's like to have thick hair.  Mine doesn't appear thick, but trust me, I have A LOT of hair hiding in there!

How about just kissing the shoulders and let your natural texture free? You're so lucky to have natural waves!

I love the last two pics.  I personally do not like long hair at all (too much trouble and time spent on it) and I think those two longer bobs are so cute.   Just be careful - if you are unsure about a shorter style, don't have the stylist chop up your hair into short layers.  Long layers for now - as it will make growing out your hair easier if you want to go back to long hair.
