My hair is fine and pretty prone to breakages! When I don't blow dry my hair it gets out of control and looks

! It's wavy and very dry at the ends. At the moment I would classify my hair as dry because I am on medication - however I'm going off the meds next week so I am thinking it will return to the oily scalp/dry ends phase!

Any recs on Kerastase products that might suit me?

I want to achieve that smooth and sleek look - maybe the Oleo Relax range by Kerastase?

I was also thinking of trying Matrix's Sleek.look line? Any suggestions?

Thanks everyone!

I Dont Know Much About Kerastase, I Have The Same Problem The Only Thing That Works For Me Is Ojon, It Leaves My Hair Shiny And Soft.

I used to use the oleo relax stuff. I had the shampoo, and I still have the deep conditioning mask and the hair serum/oil (?)

in my opinion you can pass up the shampoo (kerastase shampoos don´t produce a lot of lather which i personally don´t like). but the other stuff is great.

you can´t beat the hair oil for split ends...and it smells heavenly. it will also last you a long time (I think mine lasted over a year)

as far as getting my hair straight it didn´t really help though (I can´t blowdry my hair straight for the life of me *lol*) but my hair was in a much better condition then!!! kerastase is a great brand

I wish I could help you out more - but I haven't used any of those products, so I really don't know much about them.

thanks everyone for your help! i've just gone out and bought the shampoo and the masque! i guess i'll just give them a try. i use a silver shampoo anyway to boost my blonde a little so i won't be using the shampoo alone. can any1 give me some advice whether i should use the silver shampoo to eliminate the brassy tones before or after the kerastase one?

thanks!!!!!

I use the brush together with my Parlux 3200 compact ionic and ceramic hair dryer and the result is amazing. i used to go to my hairdresser twice weekly to get my hair blow dried but now i can save money by doing it myself and i can touch up daily! in the past whenever i tried blowdrying my hair it would end up nowhere near straight and it would get wavy and frizzy! i'm getting my hair trimmed tomorrow so that should help with my split ends! thanks for the info! i might get the serum next - here Kerastase products are not expensive at all compared to the US - around $23 for the shampoo and masque!

I would switch it up... use one - one day, and the other, the next... using 2 and doing a double wash can leave your hair stripped of natural oils and very dry. Especially if you've just gone blonder.
