I typically either use a tripple antibiotic (best when they are super fresh wounds), desitin (it is a diaper rash ointment but it works miracles on cuts good for late stage healing)

and if you still have a mark after the bite has healed i would recomend using something with cocoa butter in it (i use a cocoa butter stick from the body shop on my cat scratch scars and it has been helping)

If you mix it in with a butter or cream, it won't be sticky.
