I have the "Plugged In - Pink Gem Tourmaline Flat Iron" and I really like it. It's got two temperature settings (350*F and 420*F I think). It has an on/off switch. Only really downside I find with it is that even when it's plugged in and turned OFF, the plates still get kind of warm. Not sure why this is. It's not enough to burn you or anything. But anyway, I just unplug it after I'm done and I don't have a problem.
