Nature's Cure.. has anyone tried it?

Hi all, my friend asked me if I knew anything about it. She is experiencing horrible breakouts, and on a whim she bought it. Nature's Cure is an over the counter product, containing homeopathic pills and benzoyl peroxide. They claim to get rid of your acne from the inside out. I am a bit apprehensive about her taking the pills. I'm not sure what the active ingredients are.

Anyway, thought I'd see if anyone's heard of/tried it, and what your experience with it was.

Also, has anyone had good results with any other over the counter products? She's trying to avoid going to the Dermatologist.

I used it before and it did nothing for me.. Of course I wasn't exactly eating that well back then either (I'm pretty much a vegan now except for the clothing part).

I actually did a little research on the ingredients..one of the ingredients is Black Cohosh. It's an herb that supposedly helps ease hormonal issues like PMS, Menopause, etc. And if taken in excess, it's used to help "naturally" abort a pregnancy. Worst of all, it can affect your heart...cause irregular heartbeat, put a strain on it..if taken long term.

I suggested that my friend not take it. Perhaps there are other natural alternatives without the negative effects.
