e? I reallllly want to try it, but am scared of the results and scared that it might break me out! I need all of the opinions I can get! thanks! (i might go do it within the next hour)

I have never done it so I can't help ya out, sorry. I have always been afraid that it will streak or look unnatural. Make sure you're exfoliated well before you go.

I have tried it twice and had nice results both times.

The applications I had were not back-to-back so I had a very natural look.

Do NOT wear white when you do it though! I made that mistake once and had to throw out a tank top as a result.

I wouldn't recommend it for acne-prone skin though because it's a chemical that will likely overstimulate your pores.

My face was pretty shiny when I did it.

I've only done it once but it didn't really affect my skin or cause me to break out at all. But I do second the motion on not wearing white and would like to add that if you are in a warm climate or happen to sweat a lot then stay away from white for atleast 24 hours.

Did it make you stink for awhile? I am def. going to do it at some point but I was wondering if there is a weird smell like the one's you get from self-tanners...

Thanks!

You will get the weird smell from the dha in the mystic. Being stinky is the price to pay for a nice fake tan though. Most people like to do a mystic either during the day where they won't be out and about or in the evening so that they can let the mystic do it's think and then shower in the AM.

I hate it. I've done it a handful of times. The application is good and doesn't come out streaky - however I can never put the stupid barrier cream stuff on my hands correctly and I always wind up with either white hands or "muppet"-orange hands. I hate when it starts to flake off, and beware if you have large pores - that stuff gets in there and looks awful! The smell isn't that horrible - not as bad os self-tanners that I've tried. But overall, for the price it's not worth it IMHO.

Beware if you have light colored sheets. My sis-in-law does this and her side of her bed has brownish orange streaks all over it.

Still healthier than a real tan though.

i love the Mystic Tan.

i do it twice a month.

make sure to exfoliate before you go so it goes on evenly.

i tried this before....and it was fun..i got my tan for awhile. You should try it..its temporary tan so itll wash away incase you dont like the result. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
