my hair has gotten more coarse and I am seeing an increase of hair fall, I need advice

Over the past few years I noticed that I have an increasing amount of hairfall. I recently started using a anti-breakage 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner. I noticed a slight reduction in hairfall, but over the last few months my hair gets so coarse and unless I use an extra amount of a separate conditioner it'll stay coarse and wire-y. I'm looking for suggestions for hair products that can help my situation. I'd prefer them to not be too hard to come by (for the rest of the summer I'll only be around Wal-Marts, Targets, etc.)

Background info:

• I'm 20, female, I haven't died my hair in over 4 years and I got my last perm over a year and a half ago.

Have you thought about trying a deep condition hair mask? A leave on for around 15-20 mins three times a week. I normally suggest this to people who experience more breakage or damage in the hair. It really makes life so much easier. You can also try a leave in conditioner or a leave in serum like Davines Oi. Try to stay away from using hot tools on your hair to avoid damage , if you are going to use a hot tool make sure you use a leave in shield

I would suggest talking to a doctor to rule out health problems. Like nails if you have any health problem, including a lack of a healthy diet, it will affect your hair. How are your nails? Are they brittle, thin or eggshell?
