Here i go again. Okay i posted the other day regarding the really tiny black stubs on my nose that we all came to the conclusion were blackheads.

Well, this morning i noticed that on my forehead i have small not tiny bumps and they don't seem to look like pimpes and they are noticeable in a mirror not magnifying mirror. They don't look like pimples but they could be i don't know but usually my pimples/acne are ugly, big, and hurt and get red and leave a dark spot and i can feel them when they are trying to break through the surface. However, these bumps don't have that effect so i need your help. There are a lot on my forehead and some seem to be smaller than others and they are a little white at the tip and most of them don't have color at all(the color of my skin) and some seem to be over dark brown spots that they have left on my skin and some even are a little pink at the tips.

Help ladies, what are these things and what do i do and why do they all look different? Remember i have sensitive skin and can't use anything harsh and with benzoyl peroxide and salycic acid. My skin gets on my last nerves.

no i hate bangs.. i stopped wearing those when i was 12.. my hair is always parted down the middle and never in my face. I switch my pillowcases out as well.

sounds like an allergic reaction to something. you may need to include what you ate, drank, your hair products and the environment you were in before you noticed them, in your analysis. i'm thinking it has something to do with your diet. have i mentioned this before? you sound like you'd be a good canidate for ayurveda. check out this questionnaire!

once you're linked click on "what's your dosha" at the top of the page and take the test. please post your results. i bet we can get your skin in line, we just have to figure out your trigger. i hope this helps!

Sounds like they could be whiteheads. Did we ask you already about going to a Dermatologist? If you have sensitive skin it's hard to recommend products for these types of problems because they may make it worse! You really should see a professional. But, if I was going to recommend something, tea tree oil might be an option you could try.

Sounds as though it might be Sebaceous hyperplasia. Pretty harmless. Mine are on my forehead and very tiny. Sometimes they are apparent to me and sometimes they feel as they aren't there anymore.

They're just clogged oil glands that form the tiniest of bumps, usually on the forehead.

Sometimes they almost feel as though you could scratch them off - but you can't.

My derm told me she could freeze them off but there was no guarantee that they would stay away. My insurance won't cover the procedure so I don't really know.

Funny how there are times that they aren't evident at all, my forehead feels smooth.

Other times I feel the little bumps. I might try Renova or Retin_A someday. If I do, I will let you know. They are both $$prescription drugs.

I use to think they were heat bumps (i heard that growing up) but now it is winter and they just showed up all of a sudden so obviously they aren't heat bumps..lol

Monnie, I look forward to that posting. I'm sure there is a correlation between the foods, stress and the skin.

Yes, i am a little stressed right now.. i can't wait to see the listing of foods to avoid. The bumps are gradually fading.
